Reported at www.themandarin.com.au: Katy Gallagher, the Minister for Government Services, has claimed that the Albanese government’s significant investment in public service staffing has led to notable reductions in waiting times for Services Australia, reversing years of delayed processing.

Despite these advancements, challenges remain with call wait times, which still average over 20 minutes, though they have decreased from previous highs.

Key improvements include a 62% faster processing time for aged pension claims and a 90% reduction for paid parental leave applications.
